Glad you got the knob thing sorted out.  There's got to be a way you
could convince Lin of the wisdom of taking a personal travel agent
with you!  Unfortunately, she'd probably find some male travel agent
and suggest taking him rather than Claire.  At least that's what
Janet'd do!
