Susan,

    No the book is out of print, but you can usually find a copy on
Amazon.com. I based that entires chapter on Goffman's theory with a few
little tweeks of my own. My chapter on "Impression Management" was more about
appearance and nonverbal behavior than on information management as per
Goffman.
