basically the us government will not infrienge  the rights of the people to
bear arms. and it is not talking about for hunting.

Wots the 2nd amendment to the constitution?  I'm trying to remember if
I've heard it on an American tv show, but all I'm coming up with is,
'you have the right to remain silent'......, and I'm fairly sure that
isn't it.
