Deri and Chester,

;-{)} What we're getting at is the "ic words" that denote a diagnosis.
Since Hispan(ic) isn't seen as a medical diagnosis (I've never heard of
anyone who is Hispanic wanting to be treated or cured) that seems to be
anm exception to the rule.

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all
progress depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
