Hi all!

This is Gary from Northern California.  For those of you who may not 
know or remember me, I've been a member of this list since the stone 
age.  I cant even remember when I joined, but I think there were maybe 
30 of us here at the most??

KJ, it was with great concern &sadness that I read all your posts here 
about your health &life issues.  WITH ALL MY HART I hope you can find it 
within your self to get your head out of the sand, and start asking  for 
what you want and need!!!  If you're not able to do it by your self, 
please find an Advocacy or Support Group in your area to reach out to. 
All of us have a basic instinct to survive, & yours is way overdo in 
kicking in, and helping you to go forward!!  Please don't take my words 
here as harsh or unkind.  I & all those here that know you have a great 
deal of respect &empathy for all you're going through.  I sincerely hope 
you can start on a journey  of learning to respect your self and stop 
letting those around you control your life &make decisions for you while 
you just sit by &passively watch it happen!!

So good to talk to all of you again&will try to check in more often
