I have just learned that the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society did
not try to have the medical licenses of Dr. Neubauer and Dr. Harch revoked.
I was wrong, and I apologize.

What happened was both doctors were attacked and harassed by the UHMS for
researching brain-injury with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Neubauer
ultimately resigned because he was going to lose his membership. I'm not
sure if Dr. Harch is still a member, but the UHMS demanded that he turn
over to them all medical records of the brain-injured children and other
patients he had been treating with HBOT--regardless of whether or not the
patients wanted their medical data turned over to someone else. Harch
refused given the unethical nature of the request, i.e., compromising the
confidentiality of the doctor/patient relationship.

My apologies to the list.
