A good Texan? We have a joke here in Wyoming that varies by the season:

1. Q - What town in the US has the highest population of Texas
fishermen?
        A - Green River, WY

2. Q - What town in the US has the highest population of Texas skiers?
        A - Jackson Hole, WY

3. Or, to cover both seasons, Q - "What's the fourth largest town in
Texas?
                                                A - Wyoming

We love the tourism dollars, just don't like the lift lines and getting
to our favorite trout stream and encountering throngs of people saying
"ya'll."
A good friend is from Midland/Odessa, and says the same thing.

good advice i guess, bobby. i hope to become a good
texan. just in a few years.

i know mcallen is humid to you guys, but, felt pretty
dry to me. it was 103 one day i was there and that was
in june.

i find it hard to find a chart of year round humidity.
this list has been able to answer many questions. i
find that mcallen has about half as much rain as coral
gables florida. would that translate into half as much
humidity or can that conclusion be faulty? .
