Thanks, Trish, for your Hanukkah greetings.

I have to admit, though, that Dana's birthday and Hanukkah always present a
major challenge for us as we try to figure out what presents to give our son.
Clothes aren't exactly his top choice. We end up getting him Nintendo and
Computer games that his brother can play and Dana watches and tells him what
to do. What do others get for your kids who are totally quadriplegic? Dana
is cognitively very bright, and in a way that makes it a bit more
challenging. (He always receives videos, esp. sports videos, which he loves.)

Oh, and does anyone here have an idea as to how to reach Coach Dan Blevins,
the kicking coach for the Miami Dolphins football team? Apparently this man
has CP or some other disability similar to it and uses a wheelchair; he
hasn't played football but is indeed their coach. We'd seen an article on
him years ago and Dana has wanted to pursue a career in sports management
since then. We had written and called to no avail. I would gladly fly to
Florida with Dana just so he can meet this man and ask him questions, since
college looms in the near horizon. If any of you have ideas, please let us
know!

Thanks,
Judi
