Hi,

Linda's advice is great. Also, a bit from my experience - my mom and I went
round and round about this.
She finally relaxed about it and although my handwriting never became great,
it did on it's own improve enough that I could take tests ect. However,
with technology as it is now, I can see how a child could make it though school
without ever having to write by hand - indeed some kids do. And after all,
how many professionals write out things by hand? None that I know of. After
school, it's even less of a big deal.

If you are interested in technology for him, check out the alpha smart.
It's an inexpensive, portable and durable word processor.

Good luck.
