Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with dental implants.

I've always had trouble cleaning my teeth, and my dentist has suggested 
replacing two loose lower teeth with implants (at a cost of $8,000 - 
dentistry is not completely covered under the National Health Service). If 
anyone has had this done I'd appeciate info on:-

How the procedure went?
Any maintenance issues? (Bear in mind that if I'm not good at brushing my own 
teeth I'll have similar problem with the implant).
