Hi Joyce,

There are various ergonomic designs for keyboards, and one that is designed
specifically for one-handed typing (and the design for left-handed typing
differs from the design for right -- they are not interchangeable). The keys
are strategically positioned to make typing with one hand more efficient,
which might help with keyboard speed. It sort of looks like half the size of
a traditional keyboard, with all of the keys in a slightly recessed well --
like a concave design. The recessed well design is to keep the user from
extending the wrist while typing to the point of risking carpal tunnel
syndrome -- this may not be suitable for everyone though. I do not recall
the manufacturer's name or pricing, but I can get this information if you are
interested.

If you're in love with the traditional keyboard design with QWERTY layout,
you might not like this. But if you think you might be interested, I'll be
happy to hunt down the information for you.

Enjoy the day,
Betty Alfred
