Yvonne,

I think things are getting better. You will need to tell your boys thousands
of times how good, beautiful, courageous, creative et al. are, and not try to
hide them. life itself is the best teacher. It's like baseball or football.
you can teach them defensives as well as offensives. This will only come from
life, from learning how to fall, how to get back up, and take what comes at
them with grace.
