oh, on further thought i wonder if one could get a
government grant for studying the shaving method of us
gimps. they give grants for studying everything else.
i could certainly use the money. 

by the way Obama was pitching an idea of universal
service for young people in return for college money.
actually i thought it was a good idea. kids get
tuition and after college they do some kind of
service(not necessarily military.)
