Hi Mag,

  I don't use aspirin anymore. Haven't in years since I had been eating them
like candy for back/rib pain. Now take Naproxen for that, but only
occasionally since getting things under control for the most part.

  I take 400mg of mag morning and night for the cp crap and for the fibro
crap. No spasms, no joint pain, very little fatigue.
