there is one measure that the USA could take that is
estimated would take 2,200,000,000 tons of carbon out
of the air. 
i'd support it becouse it would reduce our dependance
on foriegn oil. 

we look to the French as an example on this one. if
the USA GENTERATED THE SAME % of our electricity with
nuclear as the frend do theirs it is estimated that
2,200,000,000 tons of carbon would be eliminated. that
is 15 % more than KYOTO standards with one measure. 

are we serious in our desire to bring down carbon
emissions?
