Why emphasize the Lad's, Carla?  Young Ladies also need learn to mind
their manners.

To be respected, respect must be given.  To gain perspective requires
allowing for different perspectives.

None of us is perfect.  We  all too easily ascribe to others what we
cannot acknowledge in ourselves.
