bOTH OAKLAND AND BERKELEY HAVE CITY SHARE CARS THAT ARE ENERGY EFFICENT, AND BERKELEY EVEN GOT TWO MINI VANS WHICH ARE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.  WHOOPS sorry abt caps lock!
