i have prayed quite a bit kyle. i prayed about trying to write my own
report. i was thinking about taking a chart ian just looking at the names of
tendons and ligaments and tendon sheaths in the area of pain and just name
those as injured. judy and i prayed about it and decied i should just offer
to wrtie a laymens report with him a chance to glean person input and then
he use what he gleaned to write an actual honest medical report. also to
look for a doctor that might be better in case this happened.
  i went to aacpdm.org and sent a email to members in georgia that had
email. this one responded that he was a pediactic ortho, but, would treat
adults with cp also. turns out that my wife is aqueinted with him, becausde
he treats some of the kids at heritage center where she works. his
reppitation is great with all the teachers and workers there.

i sorta did not want to bring him in in the middle of this claim. but, loos
like this one will die. i may very well be better with this guy and if he
things i need to file again, i can refile.

help me to continue to pray. i do know god is in control.

Kids is just little adults. I was seeing an ortho (who happened to be one of
the original "Littla Rascals") at Children's Hospital in Columbus until he
died a few years back.  He was a good guy, and fascinated with what was
going to happen to his young patients as they aged.  He would listen to me,
and that's what I needed more than anything.

Why don't you ask this pediatric guy what his advice would be?  He HAS to
have connections.  Hell, even if he justs listens to you, he can tell you
what you should do/say about the work issue.

Hard question, Ken, and tell me to "**** off!", if you want, but have you
prayed for wisdom and insight into the situation, or are  you taking  this
out of God's hands?  Just a thought.

well, guy, if you remember my doctor told me he thought i could file a work
related illness clain on my hand pain. as you remember my doc then ask me to
write the medical report for him. i went with telling him that i'd basically
write in laymens terms where there was pain and the degree of the pain and
how i thought the job had contributed.  i wrote that and faxed it to him. i
confirmed that he got it. i have not heard anything from him since. even
when i call i get nothing but a promise of a call back. i get not call back.
today, i need the report in order to get it mailed to jacksonville for the
review. i would have to fax it to be sure. if i don't get something from
him, my claim is left out on a limb with the limb being sawed off.
  in the meantime i have a (normally pediactric) ortho that does lots of
work with cp children but also has expanded to see some adults who has
agreed to start seeing me.

  does it make good sense to switch to this ortho who is pretty knowlegable
of cp even thoght mostly in children, or do i search for another physiatrist
that may or may not specifically know cp and dystonia.

your advice?
