actually it is hard for a person to admit that they are not totally in
control of everything and just admit that they could use some help.

that's soo true...i know he loves me, and i know i should get help....but
why
am i so damn stubborn...???..one half of me understands that help is a wise
decision..yrt, the other half is beating up the half that is saying that...
