i was refering to condition wise. if i stuck oil now
the leftist in this country would not let me pump it.
well they might in alabama. 

i noticed an article that the people of maine were
worried about heating oil being at record prices. i
also thought about the fact that all their elected
officials always voted against measues to increase the
supply of oil and comptemplated their problem.
