I am waiting for the Ford Transit to come out here in SC.  It is the  size 
of a mini-van but has a high back and gets WAY better gas milage than a  
full size conversion van.  Plus it seems lower to the ground that the big  
vans.  Plus I think it will big enough to have a person in a  wheelchair....
 
Plus it is only $21,000
I hope they get down here soon so I can look at one.
