briefly

i thought i was the only one like an idiot

i take flexeril as a last resort neck shoulders pain

have asthmatic symtoms

but there is an underlying anxiety problem........

went to reg schools

elementary and hs was a nightmare how i was treated............

it's affected how i "see myself" even today"

find myself taken advantage  of  far too often,

the people i leaned on as a social network have passed away.........

trying to rebuild...

39 yrs old
asthma for the last 11 yrs
trying to build a job for myself
computer/internet tutoring for adults in their home

good periods

then catch a cold and with the asthma  LOOK OUT.....

and the anxiety goes through the roof......

gasping for breath..............


i'll try to elaborate a bit in the morning

asthma  annoying me tonight.........
