Where they got in trouble was trying to hide evidence that there were
problems with the drug.  So no warnings were put on the medication to alert
people.  What they need to do is instead of taking drugs like this that can
help so many people is study why certain people have such problems with it.
They are doing that more and more with chemotherapy drugs, recognizing that
people with certain genetic make-ups are more sensitive to certain
medications.

The judgement will be reduced. Also, othe pain  killers like Aleve(naprosyn)
is just as effective.
