leave a few things wrong. or for that matter more than a few. fix only what
is cosmedic. let the inspector find the other. (they are paid to find
something and will no matter how much you fix) then negociate to fix only
part of them. take it from me, i have been through it.

We just returned from a week with the daughter and grandkids in Austin. We
tentatively picked out a neighborhood not too far from or daughter. We had a
great time(absolutely no hassles flying). I met some ol' long time friends
and got caught up on the "goings on". We had a repair man here the whole
week
we were gone fixing up our house in order to put it on the market.
