I agree whole heartily about massage therapy and hydrotherapy.  I have
been doing water aerobics for half my life and see great effects and
since I had my hamstring surgery two summers ago and have battled hip
tendonitis I have been getting bi-weekly (or at least monthly)
massages.  What a difference!  Of course, insurance doesn't cover it,
but it is my gift to me and I have a cheaper massage therapist than most
(and she's a PT assistant as well) - Can't beat that.
