Hi Michael,

It's Feldenkrais. I've been doing it for many years and I find it very
helpful. Wikipedia does a pretty good job of describing it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feldenkrais_Method . It helps my body feel
more organized, and that leads to better coordination.

The practitioners that I see have experience with people who have CP, which
is useful. Where are you? I can find out if my practitioner knows someone
in your area. You can email me privately if you wish.
