Yep, I do wonder. And the public bus drivers have a habit of only using the
one seat belt, and they don't like using the belts that are to go on either
side of the chair. but, I go such a short distance that most of the time I
don't say anything. God save us all from getting caught in midair on the lift
that gets stuck!
