              Having said that Fix leak .
.let dry
               moisture meter  after leak 4 weeks (plus or minus)
               have concrete tested for sand type and color ( lab work)
sand blast sand white or yellow  may be what you have
                mix slurry or patch to fix....I: I :5  ; ( thats Portland
and meybe white ....not mortar type N Grey)  better to slake lime into putty
(type S and water) ..3 days before let stand in   water then  mix with
similar sand and ( white ?) Portland and  build in 1/2 inch layers layers
float finish with sponge  or darby to suit composition.buff with burlap when
half dry  , Use dry rainbow colors and test ..test  test  .test
..then take  aspirin and call  me in 3 days...Dr Pyrate
