What the hell kind of Czar is going to put up with being subjected to votes,
votes of confidence, and similar weak-minded, limp-wristed popularity
contests masquerading as "democracy"? Sounds like mob rule to Us. The Duma
(or, for our Polish-speaking friends, the Duppa) is dissolved! And send that
Rasputin guy over to consult with the Wife.
If you don't like my Czardom, let's see "Chainsaw" Nick take a "shot" at it.
Or better yet, that John Lenin guy. Or Uncle Joe, the Man of Steel. They'll
have you longing for the good old days under my gentle, if somewhat inept,
(ill-)humorocracy.
