Curious thing, these cosmic jiggles !   In one school near Vancouver, some
class rooms felt the quake and the people there reacted appropriately as
they were well trained to do.   In another part of the same school, the
classes didn't feel anything and were surprised when someone came into the
rooms in a panic to see why they were not exiting the building to "safe
space" as the others had already done.

Maybe it is like some recent explainations of crop circles in England where
the notion has been expressed that they occur spontaneously as a result of
how we, as a collection of brains, are thinking.

Now there's a scary thought, Ralph !
