More info please. I lived across the street when I was in NYC but am now
stuck out in the Midwest...  What sort of failure is occurring on Tschumi's
"masterpiece"?  Isn't it only a year old?

Which topic?  Glass block?  I brought that up -- no remorse, it's been an
interesting discussion.  Ivy on the other hand...
