OK, I don't know about Dubai.
This thread got hijacked by the OT OD'ers.

But I am familiar with Momence.
Population about 3000, attractive site
where Illinois Route 1 crosses the Kankakee River.
Find on the map a little east (upstream) of Kankakee.

It is very enjoyable to drive down Illinois 1
from Chicago to the Ohio River
and I recommend it.

Those interested may have already Googled,
but the following is kind of promising:

(SIU = Southern Illinois University, far from Momence.)

But the question about Tiffany brick
doesn't seem to call to mind White Castles, does it?

Landmarks Illinois is in touch with Momence,
which is an Illinois Main Street Community --
this email address might or might not be helpful:

Maybe SIU would have more information,
I don't know.

I have read a lot of building announcements
in Chicago newspapers, and I don't recall
ever seeing mention of "Tiffany brick."
At some point in time all the good brick buildings
started saying "pressed brick." This began
in 1883 or earlier; in the Inland Architect in 1883
it suddenly is very common, and continues
past the turn of the century.
