Subject: Re: [BP] eroded limestone question

Do we get the government we deserve?

A nation of SUV driving, tax cheating, football addicted, NASCAR fan, Paris
Hilton groupie, Viagra taking, plastic surgery loving, reality tv watching
ninnies. What kind of enlightened leadership can we expect that has to
attract the votes of these types of navel gazers?

"Vote for me and I will put money in your pocket"....I don't think that
approach is sustainable over the long term either.

I love my country but good grief.... Do we need an overnight global
environmental catastrophe to get peoples attention? A giant meteor crashing
into NY? Another Hitler? A repeat of 9/11? A complete collapse of the
economy?

Moronic leadership is not monopolized within any single political
party...Meet the new boss, same as the old boss...we won't get fooled
again...whatever!
