I don't know who listens.

That looks like one hell of a large barge crane they used to do the lifting.

A ferry captain interviewed on television mentioned that the whole 
rescue operation was drifting and that it was a bit of technique needed 
for her to keep the boat in proximate position without running up onto 
the wing or fuselage.
