Problems occur, too, with LCC joints unless one specifies pre-tinning. At
present, Revere doesn't require it, but word has it that they will on the
next revision. Two other specs that I would insist on is that (1) the metal
be kept dry and under cover before it is pulled out to be used , and (2) all
joints should be soldered within 2 hours of fluxing.
