Have you checked the "Twentieth Century Building Materials" book?  Editor, Tom
Jestor, NPS.  I find the endnotes to all the chapters extremely good resources
for manufacturers, products, and other good leads.  There is a chapter on
structural clay tile (SCT), and on terra cotta.  What is the era of these
buildings?
