There's a long-running dispute involving a church property and a park
expansion. The city's actions may well be subject to question, but no
historic resources are involved.
More recently, there's a proposal to demolish and replace a parking
structure on South Forest -- expanding the parking site to include a row
of Queen Anne houses on Willard Street.
Those are the only current eminent domain actions in the city that I know
of. However, my knowledge is hardly definitive here.
