Relax David.  At the end of your project these persons will be skilled
and experienced in the conservation and restoration of Sydney Sandstone
and will happily use photos of your project as proof.  The ten years is
just a formalty, what we like to call "Boiler Plate".

How will you handle it if you conclude that the skills and experience
are not adequate?
