Here is a request, because as professionals, we DO need to find out past
performance AND CIRCUMSTANCES on products -- information we do not get from
our local reps.  And keep in mind that we are not all located in and around
NYC.

Don't name rep names.  Just products.  What products were initially
installed?  How long were they up?  How did they perform?  Were they the
appropriate products for the intended use?  What was the "last minute
product"? Was it properly installed?  Was it an appropriate product?  How did
it fail?  Why do you think it failed?
