You probably wouldn't be able to get any real-time information from them, but I wonder if one would be able to eventually get an accident analysis (aftermath) report from the apparatchiks in the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations? Such a report would be a public record once it is finalized. You would likely have to pay a token amount for reproduction costs per page. They actually have an official "Custodian of Records." On the flip side, it is in the general counsel's office, where their coiffure exceed my humble means.

It would be interesting to put in a request for such a report, and see if one ever eventually comes out to you on the other side....
