Pyrates memory of libraries reminds me of Edison's office in East
Orange, NJ. The room the size of a house is tall with two levels, one
being a balcony that encircles the room. Edison's desk was at the West
end of the room, facing East. Book cases are arranged to come out
perpendicular to the walls to form small alcoves. The walls top to
bottom are filled with books. I could not help but feel when I was there
that this was where Edison's brain was at.
