I just looked at the list of Money Magazine's Best Places to Live.
Three nearby ones are all the result of urban sprawl.  They are a
developer's dream.  They aren't even all busted up by lakes, ponds, and
swamps.  But I'm glad I don't live there...and I don't believe they
represent a superior investment.  But then, this is Money Magazine, not
Boys Life.

(Does Boys Life still exist?)
