Bialystockers are (or more likely at this point, were) people (generally of
the Hebrew persuasion, in this instance as it relates to your building) from
Bialystock.  The city sometimes belonged to Poland, sometimes in Russia,
perhaps today in the Ukraine. It might have been Austrian at some point, but
is probably too far east and/or north for that.

For Loesada, you gotta ask somebody with current knowledge.  Mine, like the
Major General's, has only been brought down to the beginning of the century
(and I don't mean this one).
