Closer than you might think.  I speak Mandarin reasonably fluently, so there's a role for me!  Mainland China is also a possibility ... they've got some nice stone buildings that need some sympathetic restoration work, and some masons that need training in historic preservation techniques.  All we've got to do is stop the US Government from bombing their embassies, and recognise their human rights operate under a different system to ours, and maybe there's a possibility!!
