Offhand, I don't remember why the marble bulged on the ex-Times building, but
will check tomorrow with the genius (a favorite of the Lurking Raydome) who
sits next to me and who worked on it.

Seems to me it was an expansion/contraction problem aggravated by the stone
being on the S elevation and too thin, but I'm not sure.
