Well, it's not industrial, but I would try to go through
Sidney, Ohio, and see the wonderful Louis Sullivan bank there.

It faces north, but it'll be May (or June?) 
so you might be able to get light on the front.

If you do go that way, there's another one in Newark,
just on the other side of Columbus.
