I have always been amazed at how often a client never tells you ahead of
time that they are going to hold 57 ceremonial occasions per day that
require your utmost patience and silence until long after everyone has
signed the contract and the work crew has been sent out and suddenly
there are 15 mechanics w/ nothing better to do than stand about with
their thumbs...

4.9. Delays in the progress of the work or for temporary suspension of
the work for need of the
customer or others as directed at the discretion of the customer to ZZZ
or representatives of ZZZ
and that are not noted as anticipated delays or suspension in the scope
of work will be accounted on a
per-day or any portion thereof and will be invoiced in addition to the
work proposal cost. Examples of
such delays, though not limited, are the suspension of work due to a
concert, recital, odd smells,
visiting dignitaries, dust, meetings or a need to limit noise or work
activity for any reason.
