Butch,
This is a new triband handheld that is due out fairly soon; it transmits on
two meters, 220 and 440 and receives about everything from DC to daylight
including SSB, CW and TV audio.  I do understand, however, a lot of the
features are menu driven but there are keypad alternatives to many of them.
I have a PDF version of the manual but we haven't had a chance to look at it
yet.
