Eric, I've had a 590 for a couple months and really love it! I 
have managed to program in anumber of memories including the 60 
meter frequencies, some 6 meter repeaters, and some 10 meter 
repeaters as well.  I hope you have the auditory stuff from 
Handi-ham.  It really can help in learning your way around the 
rig then there's also an audio manual from Active Elements read 
by a Britt that's also very good.  Merry Christmas to all! Jim
