One keystroke that I find particularly useful is the tab and shift-tab keys,
combined with the f6 key.  The f6 key will take you from the little window
that shows who you are in conference with, to the chat window, to the list
of stations, your favorites, etc.

I also found it useful to setup the middle mouse button for my transmit key.
I didn't want to accidentally transmit just because I hit the wrong key.
